They are not vouchers as such - they are voucher codes

So the short answer to my question of "can you use them to buy season tickets" is "No"!

MSE doesn't allow answers that short;)
  • I have booked train tickets for next Thursday using Redspottedhankey promo of Free £10 worth of points...I ticked the box to use voucher and as other people say it still shows the price (wish they'd change that) of £8.40...anyway I will collect tickets at station.
My question is - do I just key in the cinfirmation code and out will pop my tickets, OR do I have to use a debit or credit card and the code. I'm very unsure about using a card when it's supposed to be free...(and hubby is very cynical about it)
    GC - Oct £36.17/£31
    GC - Sep £35.56/£30:o
    GC - Aug £30.73/£31
    GC - Jul £30.80/£31

You have to use a credit/debit card. The card number is stored, but won't be charged. All tickets for collection are already paid for, so there is no chance of the machine charging you.

When the tickets print, after the price will be the letter W, which means that they have been paid using a voucher or warrant.
  • thanks for that info

Am I the only one getting the Fatal Error message on the last screen of the RSH website? Can't get past this - tried different browsers, PCs etc - same problem. Tried their CS line who seem to think it's my fault.

Should have known better than to trust anything built by Atos!

Sussed it, it's the underground ticket option - deselecting this allows the transaction to proceed. Clearly Atos will say this is TFL's fault and beyond their control. :rotfl: Comes to something when you have to troubleshoot the website before you can actually make an order! :D
