How do they know that receipt was created by voucher one?....all vouchers have same BC0 -

I think you miss the point...it really is 'simples'0 -
If I recall, it was on offer up to the weekend for £3 in Tesco. It would be interesting to know how they are matching these prices - you have visions of someone sitting there all day comparing prices, adding in the odd new one but then going back through the ones already in the database. If they automated it (which may explain some of the random NAs), then surely Asda would kick off about Tesco using a bot on their website? That said, Mysupermarket.com/Asda's price check is doing similar anyway.
If Tesco want this promotion to work properly, then they really do need to get all genuine products/prices matched, otherwise Joe Public will lose confidence in these price comparison guarantees...

Ballsed up tonight - IF i got the right beef!
Was going through the tlll and my darling daughter came up trumps with a couple of BC pancake mixes and I have mis calculated the difference between pizza and magnums (I am going away and thought the girls deserved a junk food night with their gran!)
Result is I have lost about a tenners worth of DtD! The painful thing is I decided to pop a couple of Fiano through with the new Harry Potter blue ray as there was a young and extremely bored young man to take advantage of, so I used two DtD vouchers at the same time for the first time! I could have put them with that with a bit more foresight!
Still, the good news is my darling girl said there was two cases of BC on the top shelf and she didn't want to try to get them/unwrap them. So I will be heading back tomorrow!
Does anyone know how much Asda were selling the HP bluray for?"Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored." Aldous Huxley.

1st receipt details entered on site with email address (A)
1st Voucher issued now linked to email address (A)
2nd Receipt issued from goods bought with 1st voucher
2nd voucher issued now linked with whatever email address you use
Also linked with 2nd receipt plus the 1st voucher
which is linked to to email address (A)
it goes on and on.0 -
SO if you run through the stats using my previous example, does this work out at more than £50 ASDA price difference from when you switched between e-mail 1 and getting the rejection on e-mail 2?kiorhassan wrote: »3 vouchers end of March at the value of £18 to £20 each. 4 vouchers in April at the same value each. Average Asda price woudl have been £13, £14 in each case.
Personally, I would say 3 times. If people are trying to hit £20 max DTD voucher, chances are that ASDA is more than £10 cheaper rather than spot on £10 cheaper, meaning the £50 would be hit earlier than 4 times unless you are starting things off with a cash rather than a voucher shop.So basically what you're saying is, only use each email 4 times?0 -

We don't know for sure. But on the bottom of my receipt which I submitted to Tesco tonight it said coupon £20. If they then produce another for £20 then that is £40. I then submit another tomorrow and that says £20........................
This is quite possible. There are people on here who have not gone over the £100 and are getting these emails. Those, like myself, with a number of email addresses - aren't. Figure!!Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
simon31leeds wrote: »OK, so I have done my cash shop and recycled my voucher 4 times on email address (1) and decide to switch to e-mail address (2)
My last voucher I received on email address (1) and which I will recycle to kick off my shops on email address (2) is for exactly £10 cheaper at ASDA than Mr T so the voucher value is £20. Equally, the amount cheaper at ASDA could have been £15 but I would only get a voucher of £20 as it is capped - this does not mean the Mr T tracking software has had the code updated to that effect (remember a £20 cap was never anticipated in the original build of the software and people were getting vouchers for £150 and so on!).
So, for the purposes of the example, my first voucher that will be recognised on e-mail address (2) is a coupon that was used for £20 indicating that I have had £20 DTD already (£10 cheaper at ASDA).
The first time I get the benefit from email address (2) is on my shop, where it is £11 cheaper at ASDA but I get a £20 capped voucher. The running total of trackable vouchers is now £21 ASDA cheaper and £40 capped vouchers. This is my 1st shop on e-mail 2.
I do this again and recycle the voucher and this time it is £10.50 cheaper at ASDA so I get another e-mail on (2) as a £20 capped voucher. The running total of trackable voucher is now £31.50 ASDA cheaper and £60 capped vouchers. This is my 2nd shop on e-mail 2.
I do this another time, same result £10.50 cheaper at ASDA and I get another e-mail on (2) as a £20 capped voucher. The running total of trackable voucher is now £42.00 ASDA cheaper and £80 capped vouchers. This is only my 3rd shop on e-mail 2.
I then do a 4th shop and put my receipt in. I think I'm well below my limit as I have only received £60 vouchers and even with this shop which was £9 ASDA cheaper and I anticipate a voucher for £18 I receive the dreaded e-mail. This is because the running total of trackable vouchers is now £51.00 ASDA cheaper and £98 capped vouchers.
The crucial thing is the £51.00 ASDA cheaper, not the £98 capped vouchers!
Longwinded but this is my opinion of what is happening.
This logic does not apply, because I only used one email address. I would not mix email addresses. Keep the voucher from email 1 for next mont or spend it on real shop. No need to recycle it by starting with new email. This is much easier to track.0
