So for the very first shop you did that started on the e-mail address, was this a cash shop or a voucher redeemed shop (e.g. did a recycled voucher start the process)?I had three emails for various family members saying they where over limit. All of them were below £80 and non of them totalled more than £100 before capping. All three emails were received at exactly the same time. So I think it's linked to ip address because I submit all the receipts for them on my own computer0

My last voucher I received on email address (1) and which I will recycle to kick off my shops on email address (2) is for exactly £10 cheaper at ASDA than Mr T so the voucher value is £20. Equally, the amount cheaper at ASDA could have been £15 but I would only get a voucher of £20 as it is capped - this does not mean the Mr T tracking software has had the code updated to that effect (remember a £20 cap was never anticipated in the original build of the software and people were getting vouchers for £150 and so on!).
So, for the purposes of the example, my first voucher that will be recognised on e-mail address (2) is a coupon that was used for £20 indicating that I have had £20 DTD already (£10 cheaper at ASDA).
The first time I get the benefit from email address (2) is on my shop, where it is £11 cheaper at ASDA but I get a £20 capped voucher. The running total of trackable vouchers is now £21 ASDA cheaper and £40 capped vouchers. This is my 1st shop on e-mail 2.
I do this again and recycle the voucher and this time it is £10.50 cheaper at ASDA so I get another e-mail on (2) as a £20 capped voucher. The running total of trackable voucher is now £31.50 ASDA cheaper and £60 capped vouchers. This is my 2nd shop on e-mail 2.
I do this another time, same result £10.50 cheaper at ASDA and I get another e-mail on (2) as a £20 capped voucher. The running total of trackable voucher is now £42.00 ASDA cheaper and £80 capped vouchers. This is only my 3rd shop on e-mail 2.
I then do a 4th shop and put my receipt in. I think I'm well below my limit as I have only received £60 vouchers and even with this shop which was £9 ASDA cheaper and I anticipate a voucher for £18 I receive the dreaded e-mail. This is because the running total of trackable vouchers is now £51.00 ASDA cheaper and £98 capped vouchers.
The crucial thing is the £51.00 ASDA cheaper, not the £98 capped vouchers!
Longwinded but this is my opinion of what is happening.I love this site and all chums, but its making a dent in my bank account!!!
Have lots of things I want, but dont necessarily need... Must DO BETTER!!! :A0 -
simon31leeds, thanks for the detailed explanation. Cam I quickly recap: 1. You believe that the last voucher from the 1st email address counts towards your total on the 2nd email address. 2. The running total at Asda should never exceed £50.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand this. Does this mean once you have reached your £100 limit you have to wait one month before you can claim again?
According to Mr T's T&C for the offer, a household cannot claim more than £100 in a 'calendar month'. Most of us assumed this ment, you can claim for up to £100 in March, and then you can use the same email address to claim up to another £100 in April. Now, it appears, this is not correct. If you claimed £60, for example, in the last week of March, and claimed another £60 in the first week of April, you would have exeeded your limit, as you claimed more than £100 in the last calendar month, starting from today and going one month back.
I cannot be sure as the rule is not clear. I base this conclusion on the email I received from mr T, refusing to issue a voucher, when I have not exceeded the limit for April.0 -

That is rubbish.... the vouchers cannot be linked at all.0
