Getting really fed up lately as I don't win that much but do have a few. But the last five wins I have had to chase, and e-mail, and phone and chase, and e-mail. Currently chasing a win from end of May. It kind of spoils the win
aw I know the feeling Cezzy, I seem to be doing that a lot lately too. I've given up trying to get my shakedown festival tickets and I've chased for a Mclaren Book I won 6 weeks ago only to be told 'its in the post'"Knowledge will give you power, but character respect" ~ Bruce Lee0 -
Thanks MclarenGurl
You try to keep the messages pleasant, but firm, when you really want to shout and stomp and basically just chew their ears off !!!!!
I did say a magical word in my e-mail yesterday, and that was that I had been looking at their Facebook page but how I obviously didn't want to put a negative message. I had had no response from this person and amazingly I got a response immediately~ Smile and light up your world ~~ ask, believe, receive ~0 -
When waiting for a win to arrive I usually give them around 28 days (more if there's bank hols in between), then email to chase, give them a week to reply then email again. If no positive response then get in touch with edwinm@theipm.org.uk who will do all he can to get the prize to you. I have yet to have a prize not eventually turn up thanks to Edwin, he is amazing at his job!2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0

Has anyone else had a letter from a firm called CallCredit Check? They say that the email address that they have registered on my account is incorrect. They want me to either write to them with the correct email address, or if I don't recall opening an account to write and tell them and they will pass the details on to their fraud team. I've never heard of them! After all of the fuss about websites (The Sun in particular) being hacked I'm not sure what to do as it could just be a way of getting confirmation that the name and address are legit if I contact them, but if it's someone using my details and I do nothing, it could be worse.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Yes, thanks, that's the address they've asked me to contact, so it looks like they've sent it. But if I haven't asked for a credit check account, who has, that's worrying. I'll get a letter in the post, thanks lilias.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Callcredit Check is the third of the three big credit check companies. They have recently started up a free service to check your credit record under the name of Noddle. Did you sign up for Noddle?
Their web site is https://www.callcreditcheck.com/ and their contact us page gives an email address of care@callcreditcheck.com
Perhaps you could contact them at that email address and ask if the letter is genuine.0 -
Thanks thingamabob, no I haven't signed up with any credit check company. I could email I suppose, but that's the one thing they say that they haven't got, my email address so I'm a bit loathe to give them that.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams
