Having read through all the thread about the Sun hacking I decided to Google my email address and was shocked at how many results there were. I suggest everybody else does the same and contacts any websites that are displaying your email address or any other details.

One of my more "interesting" finds was this page: http://bibijupanull.com/tmp/. If you click on any of the "tot" links they list hundreds and hundreds of email addresses. They do not appear to be a random made-up list, but from some kind of website or competition entry list. If anyone with a bit more technical experience can tell me what this website is all about I'd love to know.

When I clicked on the link I got a warning message from Zone Alarm that it was a known phishing site.

Right, apologies if this has been posted before...I did do a search but all I could find was people don't particularly like this site because of all the spam, but that doesn't really answer my question so here goes:-

Has anyone EVER won something on getmeaticket.co.uk?

I have been a member for nearly a year now, entering at least 1 competition daily & regularly going through & entering almost everything, & I haven't won a single thing! I've had more luck with the random comps I occassionally enter on this forum when I have extra time...

I know a lot of competitions are the same, as in you can win the car or the £15k cash, but honestly not even the glow in the dark loo paper or whatever other random carp they had...I'm really beginning to wonder if it's worth my time! I don't really get a lot of spam from it as I'm careful to say not interested, not applicable, etc & delete my mobile number from the bits at the bottom, is this where I'm going wrong? They refuse to let me win as I don't put up with the spam?

You're not really likely to find many people who enter their comps from this site because they're a site that aren't allowed to be posted on here. They're on the SPAM list HERE.

Hmm ok thank you - just had a look at your siggy & I'm very impressed! :eek: Did you win all of those just by sticking on the comp forum or do you have other sites you use?

I'm thinking I may be better off just entering a couple of comps on here a day rather then on getmeaticket.

Sorry I'm not sure where to post this but I'm hoping some older and wiser member can help me!

I've won a competition through BP or something I couldn't quite understand the message. I was just wondering if either 01598760733 or 01598760701 was a number anyone recognised.
