Good afternoon all, spent half the day in bed after night shift but am off tonight so can take it easy. Beef stew simmering slowly for tonight's meal, might have some herby dumplings with it and some posh vanilla ice cream to follow. I love the sunshine - it's my birthday Sunday so I am obviously a spring-like person. Hope someone has bought me chocolates as I have a sudden chocolate craving....One life - your life - live it!0

mmmm chocolate... been eating far too much of it recently! Was in the garden earlier with the sunshine but it's gone a bit cloudy so spending my afternoon standby on the sofa watching grey's anatomy... should really be doing my uni assignment but oh well.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16

Funny all the talk about DABs as I've got one and it hasn't been working too well. I think it's a signal issue nothing wrong with the radio! It tells me how much signal there is and its fairly low.0

Got my bike today, £99 well spent (£50 of it was vouchers!) so will be going on lots of bike rides in the near future
Finished work yesterday, had a big crate of Bulmers and 4 bottles of Rose off all my waiters/waitresses and a big card that everyone wrote in, was really nice!
Currently sat trying to understand tax rebates and sort my previous few years worth of P60's and P45's out and am struggling a bit, the OH is sat on the sofa lounging out watching that transexual pregnant person programme on Ch4
Looking forward to tomorrow, nice day off again with the sunshine hopefully, meet my dad in Cheltenham in the morning and get him measured up for his suit at my wedding, not seen him for a while so will be good to catch upmaybe a little bike ride in the afternoon?!
Hope everyone else is being good and having fun :PPugzy...aka Mike

Morning all.
Great its the weekend. Its a lovely morning here and looks promising for the weekend.
Might get the washing out on the line, if I can get it done. The powder drawer in my machine has jammed and I cant get it to open.
Hope everyone has a good day/weekend.0 -
Yah its the weekend
What are you all up to?
I'm on call for work til 6pm but going to the park with the (mostly) lovely MrS for a picnic and some sunbathing. Had a migraine coming on since lunchtime yesterday but it now seems to have disappeared... phew. Working tomorrow so trying to get MrS to get his act together so I can spend as much of today outside as possible!
Also got a promotion interview on Tuesday so need to get sorted for that, have some examples in my head to use for answers etc etc. Should probably also do my uni assignment as I've got yearly exams coming up for work, and holiday so won't get time later on!
Hope you can all enjoy the sunshine xBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Hello All
I did all my housework yesterday so I could spend the day outside today. It is lovely and sunny here with a slight breeze that is very welcome.
I don't even have any washing to go out as I did it all yesterday - but that does mean I have some ironing to do later!
The garden area (more of a courtyeard) is not particularly a relaxing place as it is in need of some tidying up etc but at the moment I am just enjoying being out in the sun rather than working in it! We have a gardener coming next week so hopefully he can make it look a bit nicer.
I am watching our adopted cat playing with a plastic cap and being very territorial about it, he is so funny. Must go and put some suncream on, as I am very fair skinned and burn easily.OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j
