    Hi all,

Yargo - great to see you & sorry you're still in pain.

Jump in pugzy, we dont bite :D

A digital radio is on my list of wants ... I keep looking but cant decide which one I like best.

There are so many things I 'want' that have been out of bounds since trying to clear debt, I dont know where to start :rotfl:

    Morning all!

Just thought i'd join in! Not much to report really, have set myself a few challenges.

-To not drink any alcohol for the forseeable future (18 days down so far!)
-To have some money left in my account by next payday (even if its only £30, in the 5 years I have been on monthly pay this has never ever happened!)
-6 No spend days this April

I am hoping with the no drinking I can lose a few lbs also as I have been watching what I eat, excersizing 3 times a week and nothing seems to help!

Anyways, just thought i'd pop in and say hiya! :)

Yeah I'm trying not so much to pad these next two weeks but not dip into the OD...It's a first step but a good aim..and WELL DONE...on the demon drink :)

My first DAB only lasted a couple of years Erme.
Got a pure pink one now which is slightly tempremental.

It's working okay today...Mine is a pure mini and it's white. I do have another one for the bedroom I got from a charity shop for £5 a few years back that's even more temperamental (only really does BBC channels but that's fine for when I'm over tired and having a day in bed) but that was fine the other night when the Pure wasn't even like the WS...

How long have you had your PURE one for?

Best thing for blocked ears is olive oil. It's cheap and it works....Debate about warming it in the micro or not...but that's the thing - even my GP prescribes it...hugs Psycho...sorry you have this nasty horrid bug that's doing the rounds...

So yeah I had a day in bed yesterday with this bug but now a lot better...and it's a gorgeous day. chase.gif so yeah...just a pottering am then depot shot (almost a week OD) this pm

And after months of horrid customer service with the demon Plusnet I think I have finally gotten somewhere (don't count your chickens) by phoning cancellations rather than customer service (even though my contract doesn't run out till August)...Getting 60gb broadband for £8 something. Line rental reduced to £9.99 etc though still have to pay £5 for my call package :(..and don't get proper internet till Saturday....But it should be £17 something for my area..I'm just sick of them telling me other companies policies (and lying about them) and then changing the law to suit them (I know my rights!!!) and don't mention my wifi getting hacked the other month  Not a penny of compensation @ the time.....

So yeah...lesson learnt - with plus net if you want to complain don't phone the customer service line (they'll just fob you off). Phone cancellations regardless of where you are with your contract :D

It has been a lovely day here - oldest ds goes running on a Wed eve down on a seafront close to us - it was lovely just standing there, listening to the sea crash against the sea wall. I even got my sandals out today - still had jeans on though! Does make you satisfied with life. Roll on the summer. However, bet it rains next week - Easter hols!
