Eveniing everyone,
Thought I'd drop by and say hello! And rescue from page 3.
I hope everyone is feeling ok? If not lots of hugs and virtual chocolate to perk you up.
I need to get back on the df bandwaggon after my holiday/wedding/honeymoon! It was perfect, blue skies/sea, sunshine, lots fo champagne I could go on!
Lots of love,

A quick hello from me - been full of busy at work but have tomorrow off to start preparing for weekend visitors (due Friday night). Work again Thursday then off Friday for quite a while so looking forward to the rest - not that having a house full of visitors with all the catering that entails is much of a rest! Catch up again with you all soon. One life - your life - live it!0

Morning all,
hurray for fixing things kdenty & lots of luck for job hunting Butti - sending positive vibes your way.
Beautiful day here but feeling a bit ragged after a late night taking DD to a concert. Doing a few chores & working at home today, hope to chill the garden a bit later
Hope everyone has a lovely day0 -
Beanie and tenmah, thank you very much! It's nice to be back but I'm missing the Jamacian sunshine and the fact that drinking cocktails at 10.30am is acceptable! Dirty Bananas, monkey brains and Miami vices were my downfall!
Also Tenmah, thank you. A few days before teh wedding I was regretting not having a dress, but after speaking to a bride that got married the day before me, I'm glad I went with trousers and a waistcoat.
Also where is everyone?

Hello everyone, just grabbing five minutes on the computer before making something for dinner - none of us fancy a proper meal so it will probably be a bacon and egg thingy with maybe some fruit and yoghourt for afters. Work tomorrow then off for best part of two weeks so hope the weather holds. One life - your life - live it!0

Payday today
and after being inspired by this board, I have decided it's a good idea to give myself £350 as my budget for the next 2 months (this is £10 less than the minimum I usually spend, I also usually have a £20 safety net just in case but it gets spent too easily).
Hopefully it will teach me some discipline, it's seems a good idea now but ask me again halfway through June and I'll probably curse the day I ever thought of this!
(Just to clarify, this is a £350 budget for travel, miscellaneous spending and a club I've just joined. It's not a total lockdown on spending!)Thank you competition posters!

Morning All
Woke up early today and couldn't get back to sleep, so decided to get up and do the ironing before the heat of the day. So ironing done at 5.30am
Last day at work for 11 days - yay! I feel I need it as this virus thing has been hanging around for a while.
Hope to just sit in the sun for a couple of days if the weather holds at the weekend.OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j
