Morning

Working from home today, so will get bits of housework done in between which saves me from having to do it at the weekend. I am issuing postal votes tomorrow morning for the local election. Get paid for doing that so every little helps, as they say.

Am off to Luton for my yearly work exams this weekend, not fun. Got an email this morning telling me I didn't get my promotion Hate failing but got to look at it as nothing lost, just an experience to remember for next time.

Today is the first day of my lovely eleven days off from work-job :j.

I've stuffed a load of towels in the machine, am getting all my paperwork & money stuff up to date, need to do a bit of grocery shopping & then this afternoon I'm off for a bit of lie down followed by free tea & biccies at the blood donor session very MSE

Nice list Buffy, now get on with it ;)

I ended up having a bit of a rest after lunch. I probably shouldn't have but I could hardly keep my eyes open. Which means I'll have to do some writing when I get home from work.

Well done Buffy, I see you followed through in doing your list. I have a to do list for today, and it's not doing too bad. I've just realised that I'm having an NSD today, I HAVEN'T got Chocolate :mad: or wine .....but I guess an alcohol free Friday will be a novelty even if a bit torturous!

Hi Beanielou :j I hate to be picky (not really true!) but your 5 0'clock post was posted at 3.24! Hopefully you will now have picked up your Crackerjack pencil, not at 3.24 mind.

Tenmah - I sorted out my postal vote yesterday at about 3.30pm. Cutting it a bit fine!

the list didn't exactly work out as planned

I forgot I had a driving lesson, so used that to get to work and finished my tidying up, chucked out 3 bin liners, I e mailed students.

I am off out in a bit but hope to manage the rest of it tomorrow.

the fish are in need, and I have SO much sorting out to do another list tomorrow

Morning all. Happy weekend everyone.

I'm on the countdown to the Easter hols. A short week for me next week, just Monday til Wednesday then off till the Wednesday of Easter week, so a nice break not too long but enough to charge the batteries and clear the mind.

am still in bed. decided to sleep until I woke up as I am so tired lately. Feel loads better for it. going to mark my folders from 12 onwards and then its out for a drinky with my friend from work - my only friend from from work! well she isn't but I can talk freely to her.

I need to make a plan for the rest of the week, am getting anxious already about work!
