those vitamins are really doing you goodl..well done on getting all the household chores done..
  • Morning Lula,

You sound much brighter this week - looks like the mulit vits are doing their boosting. As for the luminousity of wee - I can relate to that after a glass of fizzy orange water!

I lost another kg this week making the total weight loss now 10lb and at the point where I can tell and others can also tell judging by all the comments I've had this week. Makes a nice change!

Also in a funny way keeps me motivated to carry on - 4lbs left to go now.

Have a good weekend and I'll be meeting the 22 men to early on Sat - well quite later really as I'm up now! Your Sunday plan sounds lovely, make sure you stick to some of it at least!

Well better dash as I'm off out for the weekend and need to get organised - see you later x

Could you plug a functional CD player into the back of the naughty music system and use that to play CDs? Way back in the dark ages it was formerly possible to purchase a Walkman Disc player which was only marginally bigger than the disc itself. Whether such a gadget still haunts the antiques section of flea-bay is anyones guess.

  • Morning hun, Happy Saturday :)

Just caught up with your diary, glad the multi vitamins are working for you and that DD is enjoying her new school.

Sorry that you lost a tenner, I hate it when that happens and that your sunglasses broke. That must have been your share of bad luck so you are now due some good luck :D

Well done on the chores front, I need to get back into sorting the house out too. xx

    Morning all,

breakfasted, dressed & washing out on the line & now settling down to watch the game & catch up on diaries. Oh heck, not a good start for England; 3 down already :(

With wild winds approaching & autumn fast approaching I've decided to shoot over to argus en route to returning the cat basket after the game & collect some covers for the garden table & chairs & barbecue. Will lash everything to the decks, weight the cat down & not bother to straighten hair :rotfl:. I'll be fighting a losing battle against mother nature so might as well release the curls & just put up with the "have you had a perm ?" sniggers from workmates :p.

Fedupandskint - you're doing fantastically with the weight loss :A. I imagine I'd do quite well too if I actually moved more. Must get back to the brisk walking ...

Moo - hmmmm separate cd player, a good idea :T. I probably will get my one fixed though, because having a separate cd thingy lying around would jar with my neat freakishness & I'm not 'making do' with stuff or 'settling' for second best anymore. I either get it repaired or dump & replace it. I've loaded a lot of cd onto the mac & have been advised that some bose speakers are the best way of amplifying, but ... the SP on those is £100 so a plan for the future me thinks.

Need to write down a list of stuff I want/need to acquire. Had a lovely letter from Halifax yesterday, offering me a 0% card for 12 months & I can have it in a fuschia pink colour too. I'm resisting at the moment as the Custard Coloured one needs to be cleared first & will still be used for everyday stuff but it's a good way of getting a new sofa ;).

Think I need to concentrate on the match ... 6 points down :(.
