Just claimed another £15 in Amazon vouchers :

£5 from Lightspeed & code received within minutes :T
£10 from Ipsos - will take up to 4 weeks

£9.09 received from Quidco gone straight in to the laptop fund :)

All the above have been added to the shiny new sig. Have done so many surveys today, I think I'm getting an RSI :rotfl:

Hello & thank you both; makeup & fedupandskint :D

Just in case I haven't mentioned it before, I do hope that each & every one of the people who have posted or silently lurked on my threads, realises just how instrumental you've been in my debt victory :A.

I dont want to come over all Gwyneth, but I have shed a few tears today, it's been an emotional journey the last 3 years on the DF Trail & the preceeding 7 weren't that great either.

Just knowing that someone is actually taking the time to read what a DFW writes is a huge support & makes life a lot less lonely for someone who is worried, anxious & often suffering in silence, because of the shame.

I felt a lot of shame when I arrived here, my self esteem was in shreds & I just felt like a complete failure, I was already way down at the bottom of the list of life achievements set by my family's standards :

    University ? err No
    Husband ? errr No
Own Home ? errrr still No
    Glittering/Worthy career ? errrrr that's another No
Children ? Yes :) hmmmm hang on; they're from 2 separate relationships though & we're not together any more, so actually it's a bit of an embarassment so that's really another No :rotfl:

    You get the picture.

Admitting to having debts that at one point exceeded my income wasn't really an option.

No shame any more though. I'm proud of this whole debt journey malarkey. I'm really proud of it & if I never achieve anything particularly noteworthy again in my life, then my amazing DDs & *this* is enough :)

Hi The Moo / Amanda / stalker :D

    thank you

That is exactly what I was wittering on about in my previous post :D

I'm taking ages to type as watching Michael McIntyre at the same time :rotfl:

Glad to hear I keep you entertained & I'll do my best to continue the good work for you.

On another matter which I forgot to mention earlier :

I think I showed the light to another Tatco shopper today.

She was picking up a pack of 6 toothbrushes for £5.50.

I picked up 2 packs of the very same brushes but with 3 in each pack at £2. I just shook my head at her choice, showed her my 2 packs & pointed at the price tags on the shelf strip revealing that she was about to pay an extra £1.50 .

She was shocked & mouthed thank you at me before I silently slid away like a money saving ninja angel only to reappear in the squash aisle where I saved myself 5p by not buying 2 bottles of squash for £2.75, but just one at @1.35. Dread to think just how many times I've been suckered in to that.

My mission to free the yellow-sticker brainwashed minds of the Tatco disciples will continue ...

thank you for your kind words, it really does mean so much & I swear at times it's like crowd surfing here; you just take a leap & next thing you know, there's loads of people you've never met, all holding you up & stopping you from falling to the ground.

Not that I've ever been crowd surfing. Yet ;)
