Hi Everyone,
Well its saturday and my little guy is at his grannies so I have been having a lovely pamper day, I had a bubble bath, manicure, pedicure and face mask and I did it all at home so it didnt cost a penny!
Feel totally refreshed and great! Also lost another 2lbs - i only have 5 more to lose before im back at my pre pregancy weight, I eat healthy and am busy with the baby all day so I havent had to try although I would like to tone up my baby belly - think im ready to hit the 30 day shred again!
Well just a tesco shop to do today, I have £25 of clubcard vouchers to spend but im saving them up - dont know what for yet but it's nice having them just incase.
Ive done my meal plan for the week and my shopping list so will head over soon then go and pick up baby!
I was thinking today and I have never said on here that before I got pregnant I was a good DFW and paid off 2 catalogues I had Next (£300) and Very (£700) at the time this was no bother as I lived with my parents and had very little outgoings. I think i'm lucky that im 23 and have learned that credit is bad and trust me I will never get any again! my 2 credit cards (£4000) I got when was I was 18 and I thought it was someone elses money so spent it like no ones business, I did pay one off but then ran it up again around my 21st birthday, I think i'll put them down to being young and stupid!
My loan (which I only have 3 payments left on!) was for my first car again when I was 18 and then someone told me you could extend your loan and they would give you more money! I thought this was the best thing in the world so I paid a £300 MOT bill and went to Paris........ Silly Booboo.
Lesson learnedxxx

Well done with all you've achieved and learnt so far! It is definitely worth reflecting when you feel a bit flat because you realise just how far you've come. xxWandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...0 -
Morning mummies/ mummies to be (that seems to be who is hanging about here)
,
Well all is good, OH has been phoning round companies and a few people are going to call back. Fingers crossed!
Nothing else happening here - no money is being spent as OH is at home, his company are paying him this week and next so thats good, we reckon he will start back in 3 weeks. Got enough to get us through till then!
Got bulk nappies at the weekend so we are stocked for 3-4 weeks.
Hope you are all well xxxApril 2011/ Present£7110.23/ £6757.99Savings Pot - £850.000 -
Fingers crossed for work for your OH. That is good you have enough money to last you through until he is working again. Bet is nice to have a bit of extra company for a couple of weeks anyway.0
