I agree - I bought some exfoliating gloves from Primark (think it was 2 pairs for £1 or similar) and they work a treat on my dry skin. I pop them in the wash along with my towels to freshen them up.

I do have a couple of scrubs in my stash but use the gloves on a daily basis. I think the worst culprit for leaving a horrible greasy mess everywhere must be Flake Away, I hated using this and promptly ditched it after 2 attempts.

But Royal Wedding fever is driving me crazy. All the shops, the fashion trends, the jewellery. AAAGGGHHHH

    Hi guys

Just popped in to confess to some purchases:o

A Batiste dry shampoo - I have 1 in use but none in my stash so this is the replacement for when it runs out

2 X S&G Clean Mary - I really like this and its been discontinued in B**ts - found 2 though on the clearance shelf there today so snapped them up:eek::eek:

Whilst in there (B**ts that is) I checked the ACM but it had nothing of interest for me although someone else had left their card in it so I took it out and handed it straight in at the tills:A

For my good turn please can I avoid the naughty step???;)

Not sure if I've already listed this months UU's so just in case I wont bore you with the details but so suffice to say the current count is 5 and I've a couple of splutters so will increase soon.

One of the splutterer's is a renew oil that I got from Wilko's and I'm sure there have been recommendations on here for another cheapy but good one and i can't find the message - anyone know what it is?:D:D

Oh and finally someone was talking about a tea tree shampoo they were using that has really helped their scalp. does anyone know who it was so I can PM them for the make as I really really must try it?:D:D
:naughty: Save money on toiletries: no new/duplicate items until I've used up all existing supplies

Have any of you lovely ladies tried this brush? If so, does it work? It's only £3, so thinking it might be worth a go - less bottles, and if it lasts long enough it'll save me money long term - in the same way the body exfoliating gloves are going to save me fortune on body scrub!

Any opinions appreciated! :D and thanks in advance!
    xx

I have one - got it so I could get the free LYB card :p I love it - use it about once a week with in the bath with my cleanser - and have started using it with the Hot Cloth cleanser too :D It really makes your face feel clean and scrubbed and gets in to all the nose creases that just fingers alone don't seem to manage - the bristles feel a little plastic-y at first but after a couple of uses they've seemed to soften up.

Worth £3 in my opinion (or £2.70 with a LYB card) :D

One IN for me - Sanctuary Thermal Face Mask - used another 300 point voucher from the ACM and got another gift set. Nothing else I want from the skincare range so will be avoiding the ACM machine for a few days now :rotfl:

I have a small (well bargainous) IN to confess, so hoping for a short shift on the naughty step!

Its my birthday this month so went in to BS to spend my £5 LYB, I wanted a lip butter and when I got there the travel minis were on 3 for 2.

    So I got:
    Sweet lemon lip butter
    Shea lip butter
    Sweet lemon scrub mini

for the bargainous price of £2.60 after my 10% discount and £5 birthday pressie :T

And most importantly I didn't buy any shower gel or body butter, both of which I have 'several' years supply of in my stash :rotfl:

Feeling a bit bored this evening, so I will definitely be painting my nails and toe nails for pampering Friday.
Might also have a root around in the stash to see what products I want to use up next, I may be gone some time!

Hope everyone has a good weekend xx

Not that I'll be taking up the offer, mainly because our Boots is so small it doesn't have an ACM machine, but what is the gift set you get? Just being nosy :D

Anybody got any alternative uses for the pretty tins that came free with Bodyform sanitary products? I have a selection of tins but not sure what to use them for?

I'm rather looking forward to the royal wedding but it's not in the news as much here so it's not been annoying me. I think Kate is looking very thin at the moment, doesn't really suit her.

I have a couple and some of the Moxie tins as well. I tend to just use them until they get scratched and then throw them away, but I do have one which has safety pins in. Somehow I acquire odd safety pins rather than ever buying them and now I can at least keep track of them in one place.
