  • Only one UU to report : Dove? Go Fresh lemon verbena and pomegranate showel gel, might buy again, it didn't really lather but was more like a layer on your skin iykwim but it did smell nice. I think I have been a little over genorous in my last application by using 4x the usual amount but I really want to open my others.

Think I will open up a BS one next, maybe the Moringa. Also started using my M&S Ingredients Cherry bodybutter, and I like so far. I worked out that I have enough bodybutter for the next 4 years:eek:

    Ladies,

I'm after some tweezers. I have some RED ones which aren't that great. And the really lovely RED ones I've got can't be found anywhere. Any recommendations? Willing to spend about £10 (£15 max if they're awesome :p)

    TIA

I know these are more than you are willing to spend but I do really recommend them and I've the mini ones as well which are slightly cheaper after I couldn't find them and then found them later... I still think they come with a lifetime guarantee as well, if they go blunt, you can send them back.

ARGH! My shower's broken! No UU for me for a while then! Also, if you see me in the street do not come near me, i'll probably pong unless I master what my friends lovingly call "the !!!!!'s wash" (face, armpits and....)

or is it cheeky to just use the showers at the gym and not work out?

Aw charlie, hugs :( it's very hard when you're at uni and finishing your course and the other half of you is out working. It kind of puts the relationship on an uneven footing. He's probably feeling like he's out at work all day and then doing his own business in the evenings and why can't you do everything at home because you're not doing anything. Whereas you're trying desperately to finish your dissertation and worrying about money etc etc and feel like you never get to have any time away from anything. This makes for unhappy times because resentment builds.
If you both feel that it's a relationship worth saving then it would be worth meeting up and thrashing things out in the open. No criticism such as "you never do this" rather "I feel like this when such and such happens". I have started saying to my lot that I feel very undervalued and disrespected when I walk around the house and find washing everywhere. They are more likely to pick up after themselves now but wouldn't before when I ranted and raved about how I was the only one doing any housework (which isn't true anyway). I try to focus on what makes me happy and comment on it ie: Oh it's lovely and tidy, isn't this nice? I'm so pleased you made your beds/ picked up your wet towels/ whatever.
PS. I know I sound like a saint but I'm not, I whinge and moan like a good un and I must drive them mental but I have noticed that they respond better to positive words- who knew huh? :)

    Good luck chick.

well this is embarrasing - after sitting there for two hours thinking my mum would be here soon, OH just informed me shes not even left yet, she apparently spoke to him and asked him if we could sort it out to which he said yes. Nice of her to tell me. Says she'll give me till later tonight to decide and then she'll pick me up if i still want to go. So angry with them both right now.

    Hello lovely ladies!

    My Dissertation is in!!!!!

Started on it at around 6 last night, figured it wouldn't take more than a couple of hours to finish it off....I finally stopped at 1am  Its in now though so Im not even going to think about it. We all went out for lunch this afternoon at a posh place (but cheap at lunchtime :D) which was nice, arranged times to meet, 3 times for revision sessions together before our exams, and booked a table for actual 'last' day together after our final exam - lecturers are coming too so it should be a bit of fun...

I think Im going to have a well deserved long shower and have a rest now :p

Just had emails from Alba saying my payment is on its way :j extra £15 to add to the pot - is anyone else on here testing for Alba?

    what's Alba?
