Thanks for coming back to me and for the number I really appreciate it but sadly this is the same one as one the site which is now not recognised, do you have an alternative e-mail? I brought a Parrot AR Drone best part of £250 so when the number didn't work this morning and then I started to see all these terrible reviews I have to say I felt gutted, mainly because I wasn't going to see my new toy but also because i was going to have to have a fight to get my money back!
I didn't think company's ran like this anymore, customer service is so important now days, like you say you get spoilt with these big Internet sites you can almost know where you items are exactly at any given time.
I will keep you all up to date with this one, let you know if they are getting better or if it is still one man and his dog in a small house in Blackburn doing there best not to speak with customers, I have to say so far it's really not good.

I know this is my concern there appears to be no single solid contact for the company, I do really believe it is just him in a shed in Blackburn somewhere!
Well iv just sent them a long e-mail and now forwarded it to him to just to be safe. I hope for both our sakes the guy is just extremely busy so can't get to the phone or computer, if I get a number from him I will post it on here.

hello everyone - as timbo has said, the contact phone number is no longer in service. What does this mean? I guess he has not paid his phone bill. Or has he closed his company down?
I still have the item my possession - do you think it is safe to post back?
The item is worth 220pounds, if I send it back by special delivery - what happens if he receives it and does not refund?
Can I make a claim? Is it difficult to make a claim in this situation? Or is it best just to keep the item and try to sell it or something?

Well. Today I got a refund,I heard from a guy called Ben Jones (head of customer service) who apologised for the delay in coming back to me and went on to explain that whilst the phones are down the standard reply time is 24 hours.
He then went on to explain that due to my item not being in stock and not due to be for awhile they gave me a full refund and have sent some vouchers in the post by means of an apologie.
I know your aiming to get all your money back but could you not sell the e reader on eBay and although losing a bit of money save your self from any risk?
Although with my refund today and the promise of vouchers they sound as if they maybe trying to straighten up????
I don't really know what to suggest....
If I can help in anyway please let me know.

well - I sent the item back on the 12th of May by special delivery.

Another unsatisfied and worried customer here.
I bought my girlfriend a car stereo from edock, it was ordered on 27th May, payment was taken immediately and nothing has arrived as yet. I know it's only been 10 days but having tried to call them and getting absoloutely nowhere, I am starting to worry I may have been had.
To those of you who managed to contact / email people, can you please let me know what email addresses you sent / received messgaes to and from?
