What useful purpose in any of this have any of the PPC employees or debt collector hangers on served?
This has to be the most unproductive ,uneconomic, pointless business model that anyone could operate.
At no stage do any of them produce any added value towards people going about their lawful day to day lives.
It's just a load of made charges to cover a load of pointless cost and process.
Shameful.

You could ask exactly the same of council or police parking enforcement.
PPCs have made people park more carefully and observe the times etc that they are able to stay in a car park.
They've probably stopped loads of commuters leaving their cars in store car parks all day.

Sorry but I disagree, here is an industry that while unregulated , can act with ethics but don't, they don't deserve to have anything to do with parking, and as I mentioned previously this should fall under the remit of LAs because they have an independent process for appeal.
The parking companies deserve liquidation nothing more for the way they act together with the DCAs and solicitors.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

The thing I disagree with is that these companies should have any role to play in the future, they are essentially doing the same thing as clampers, and half of them are in fact clampers!
