ahh.. so it begins.. today I received my first letter from UKCPS as expected - it is identical to Number 1 within the list that is posted on this site.
Looks like I have another 5 to go! Great...
Mind you if they do come knocking I do own two beautiful very big German Shepherds who are very protective of their owner. LOL0 -
Of course they won't be "coming knocking". Please don't confuse debt collectors with bailiffs. The former are private citizens with no special powers, the latter are "officers of the court", but only come on the scene in the very unlikely event the case goes to court, you lose and then you don't pay whatever the judge orders. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

What a shame if truehasbeen on the dole lol
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Well we all own part of UKCPS now. LloydsTSB hold the assets of UKCPS and we are the major share holder of LloydsTSB Group. Shall we have a share holders meeting and sack the office manager, for chasing around the county, obtaining Judgements against disabled bay parking. Gaining a judgement that does not cover the cost of obtaining it!
It makes you wonder what the managers at LloydsTSB who sanctioned Overdrafts/loans to a company who claim unsubstantiated payments from people to run their business were thinking of when they allowed their borrowing.
I wonder if the banks in Nigeria offer loans for PC's for email scammers??0 -
esmerobbo thanks for that interesting info ... perhaps with such a big backing this parking company may never go out of buisness - damn it!0

It is more likely the bank are getting nervous if they have a charge over them. So hopefully if we spread the word more and less people pay they wont be able to meet their commitments and the bank calls the charge in!
It would be interesting to see what assets the bank hold! Not that I would like to see anyone homeless, but given the total lack of compassion they have shown. I don't think I would care too much if the directors house was collateral!0
