Princess just watches them. But I think Tigger brought it in the house... he does that to play with them! I think he lost this one in the house, and now it's come out to play!
If Tigger realises it's there he will catch it... so I locked all the rooms in the house but the bedroom and he's locked in the house! Princess is outside or she would just scare it into hiding more!
I can live with a mouse if it doesn't chew things... it's spiders I hate! And the cats ignore them! :cool:We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. flutteryby hope you feel better soon, you're probably just a bit tired and groggy from a hectic (but exciting soundind) weekend
Morning all. I have so much work to do today and the next few days, and the next week, that it's just over whelming. I really wanted to finish one big assignment last night/this morning but I'm still waiting for group members to send me their work before I can do anything. Looks like I'll have to do it tonight and cancel on my bf, it was the only time I was going out this week too
Not much OS today, too busy, but need to start a deep clean. LL is coming next week to assess the state of our deposits... The little @rseholes better help! One told me last night his friend is staying over tonight and for an indefinite amount of time   Apparently he's better than the last friend, but that guy ripped the shower curtain out of the ceiling!!! If this "friend" is anything like him, I don't know what I'll do. I can't deal with some drugged up stranger running round my house breaking things while I'm trying to do assignments... Can I call the police?Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -

dont bother!:D I'm already on my first tea break - I used to love decorating but nowadays my life is so busy I just hate having to spend the time doing it. If I could afford it I'd get a decorator in to do it.
Taplord isn't in the best of health so I dont like to ask him to help and I'd be waiting forever to get anyhelp from the DSs.Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Hi everyone
Halight - good luck at the doctors.
NPM - I really hope the melatonin works and that it helps the whole family.
Tiger - sorry to hear about the bullying. It always upsets me to think about children being bullied when their schooldays should be happy carefree ones.
Bedebtfree - what an awkward situation for you. I'm sure the newness of it will wear off soon and things will reach a balance but I can imagine how difficult it must make life for you.
Bargainbird - lovely babies!
Well, my DS2 has to go back to work tomorrow having taken two weeks off since his second daughter was born. He appears to have turned into a domestic god and has been really helping DIL2, so she's going to miss him when he's back at work. Luckily, she has her lovely parents and sister close by so she's not alone, and DS1 and his family are just ten minutes away.
We are a step closer to sorting out our health cover here so that we can apply for the French equivalent of the EHIC card, which will mean that we are covered for trips back to the UK. I am so longing to see the new baby - I've seen her on Skype several times, but it's not the same as a real cuddle!
Well, dinner tonight is a curry, something that will be reasonably quick to do because I'm out for most of the afternoon visiting an Australian friend who lives here in France - she became a grandmother last week, and has another daughter due to give birth this week, so she's a bit up in the air at the moment!
We woke to pouring rain this morning but it's lovely and sunny now so I shall go and hang the washing out.

Halight, glad you are posting, hope your hands get better soon.
Beemuzed- sorry to hear your DS isnt too good at the moment (((hugs)))
NPM- hugs, hopefully the melantonin will help.
Loulou,glad DS is feeling better
BDF- its a difficult situation for you, have you told hubby how you feel?I suppose they are making up for nearly 30 years lost time and its still a relatively new situation.Hugs to you.
Julie- I understand your frustration-you want results now,I'm the same ,but if you did go to WW,they'd tell you thats a respectable weight loss, and if you tot it up over a year it is a few stones.
Got a beef curry in the slow cooker for tea,so thats easy later. Its just started chucking it down so think I'll be stopping in today. Will need to go and get a card for DH cousin tomorrow, she is doing well and hopefully they think they have got all the tumour :j.
Plenty to do though,so better get on with it.Need to make a loaf, more washing etc etc.Hugs to anyone in need x:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. (Eleanor Roosevelt)0 -
Back from school following a discussion with DS and his one to one. He is finding "carpet time" difficult as he cant block out the background noise etc and it distracts him. He was settled when I left so we shall see.
sistercas that is the school I would be looking at, the SENCO has mentioned it a few times.
I think I need to see how he goes on the Melatonin as I am hoping if he actually gets some sleep he may cope a bit better. If not then after Easter I am going to have a look around that IR school and see if it would suit him better. ( this is not going to go down well with his father who doesnt fully understand the extent of DSs problems)
I need to give myself a boot up the bum and stop moping today:o
There just always seems to be so much to do. Feeling ill doesnt help, and DH has been off work with migraines Fri, yest afternoon and now today too....it is prob the tiredness etc but when he is self employed the money is down.
I need to get debts paid off ASAP to leave work as I cant do everything any longer...feel like I am cracking up.
Redruby taplady was right....Melatonin is the sleep regulating hormone and people with autism dont produce enough or if they do it is at the wrong time of day. You can actually buy night time milk which is high in Melatonin due to the cows being milked at night when their levels are high:p mr S used to stock it.
Well off to pay the bills etc online and kick myself into action
Thank you all for your kindness and support:Ait all really helps x0 -
Hello ALL,
Loulou - glad to hear you're DS is a bit better
Support to all that need it
Today is a miserable day as I gather it is for everyone - got plenty to be getting on with, waiting for delivery people to turn up to collect my hoover to take for repair (sadly I have a spare so no hoover holiday). Latest wine is bottled, have had a sort through of DSD's clothes and sorted a pile for a lovely lady at school with a little girl, have also unearthed two pairs of jeans one barely worn that i'm going to attempt to turn into a pair of shorts and a skirt. Also two pairs of pyjama bottoms that can be turned into shorts. (don't be too impressed, I failed miserably at textiles at school so it really is just a bash!!!!)
Kitchen is clean, washing is on the radiators will mop and hoover later when the darling children have finished traipsing mud through.
Emailed all events at work to union rep yesterday so will wait to hear from her today. Have got some agency forms to fill out for extra work should I need it. better to have a fall back plan!!
HAve a good day everyone:D#118 DFW Debt freely Christmas 2012 Challenge0
