Sorry if this has been discussed before but I'm determined NOT to import yet another gadget into the house which needs electricity to run.

Quite apart from the green aspect, the idea of not adding to my cash outflow appeals.

Is anyone able to recommend a product with the magic combination - robustness/durability/efficiency/cheapness - in the manual sector?

I'm afraid this is an avenue I pursued myself and to my cost found nothing manual that would do the job efficiently and durably.

Apart from the compost bin that is.
Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.

Together we can make a difference.
  • Well just placed an Order on Woolworths website for numerous Christmas stuff and ordered a Cross Cut Shreader for my mum, reduced to £14.99. Also had a code for 10% off and spent over £50 so had another £5 off so all in all think I got a good deal and I'm picking all the stuff up in store so no delivery charges!!

I've previously had a Cross Cut Shreader from Woolies and I never had any problems with it.
  • Oh forgot to say - Also went through Greasy Palm and got Cashback (less than Quidco but no £5 start up fee) and this shreader also does Credit Cards.
