Its the adornments that are the 'classy' bits:rotfl: (honest!) Have you seen the size of the stone on the hat?!?
Is the 'lucky charm' supposed to prevent death by choking I wonder?0 -

I can't think of a more perfect advert for a bling soother than a silent Katie Price sucking on a rhinestone covered dummy."The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.

Would Dior sell this authentic baby ribbon by the yard to all the chavs who want to knock out nasty clothing?
Shouldn't they all be business sellers?
I made a loopy cardigan for my daughter when she was small, minus the chav bits.0 -
Im assuming this item has gone through safety testing (of course its not, its home made!) but incase not, the seller has included a disclaimer, so thats ok then..

and im not sure if im pleased or not about the fact that the ribbon on this one is attached with velcro..

Ive got to stop this now, its getting scary, there are just too many home made 'baby bling' items that I feel could be unsafe, which is really worrying as its obviously getting very popular, and even with the disclaimers, theres going to be some daft parent who buys these.

Whats the best way to report them as a safety issue?
I once made an iggle piggle blanket for my daughter years ago when 'in the night garden' first came out, (before the merchandise did) it was just a piece of red fleece with yellow wool blanket stitch around the edge. Someone asked if I could make one for them and said 'you should make more of them and sell them on ebay'. I declined, as I had made it, and took responsibility for my daughters safety and would check the condition of the wool, but wouldnt dream of taking the responsibility for anyone elses children for profit!0 -

found another couple (but the seller has more)
this one thinks this warning makes it ok
if the gems are pulled hard enough they will come off, and the small parts could cause choking if swallowed
