well I got a reply to my question:rotfl:
i quote
" the rhinestones have a glue attahced to the back of them, which is then attached to the bib and placed under a hot press. The glue melts and the rhinestone hotfixes to the bib"
I am very tempted to reply back and explain just how unsafe her items are for babies;):heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -
I will admit to 'blinging' my 13 year old Daughter's sling last month.... she had quite a serious arm injury in September and had to wear an arm brace and one of those awful flesh coloured foam slings. She was so fed up with it that I bought some iron on rhinestone stars from Home Bargains and ironed them on one night. I also added a couple of her favourite band badges and taa daa, fashionable (ish) sling. She loved it lol
This is the only time I have ever attempted to iron or glue rhinestones on to anything I promise and I'll never do it again. lol0 -
ah your DD is 13 and ( possibly?) sensible enough not to pick them off and eat them :rotfl::heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0

I wouldn't have a problem with a 13 year old, but babies and toddlers, yeeshI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Don't baby clothes have to be tested to ensure they are safe for purpose in the same way toys are?0
