well this month has been a bad one £402 and I didn't think we had spent much at all. Well over the £300 we budgeted. Hopefully the allotment will soon be providing some food. Nearly the end of the monthGrocery Challenge Feb 16 £346 /4000

The quick trip to the co-op was fatal. A further £20 was spent on cat biscuits, three RTC free range chickens, RTC kievs and bread rolls for an unplanned BBQ. Jointed one of the chickens and used the wings/thighs/legs for the BBQ, froze the breasts and the carcass for next time I make stock. First time I have jointed a chicken like that so pleased with myself.

Hi
I'm not sure exactly how much money I can exist on in a month so I am going to take a guess for the rest of this month and see how close I get. I am going to estimate £10 a day (which includes things like cat food and litter), so for the rest of this month it should be £70 including today and for other months £310 for a 31 day month. Can you please put me down for £70 this month. Thank you!
I'm not sure yet how to add things to my signature so it might take me a while to make this official!0 -
Happy Easter!
Quick question please. Am I right in thinking you can freeze Twinks?
