    :rotfl:It does, doesn't it :D

We have spring vegetable noodles (scrambled snake) with lemon chicken (roasted fox) followed by a apple, pear and red fruit crumble (gruffalo crumble) neopolitan icecream (owl icecream) I wanted custard but the brood insisted we have icecream :D

All HM by my own fair hand, except the icecream :)

When I sorted the freezer today I didn't have enough room to put the red fruit back, I had some pears and apples that were going over as well, so hey presto! gruffalo crumble was born :D and the rest sort of fell in place.

    evening all!

back from work and now looking forward to 3 days off!:j
Plan a little decorating if the weather's not too good but in the garden if its nice.

Taplord's car passed its MOT today:j needs 2 new tyres before too long though.

Have had a tidy up and got another load of washing in the machine to hang indoors overnight. One load dried outside.

Tea tonight is breaded fish(half price) oven chips and minted mushy peas, need something quick tonight as we have to pick DS up from work later.

Heard some sad news yesterday, a person who used to be a good friends (long story)partner collapsed and died leaving her with a 2 year old child and 3 older boys from her first marriage - 2 of whom have special needs.
Makes my minor worries seem insignificant.

    Hope everyone is well.

Redruby - hope DDs exam went well x

need to read the thread now x

edited to send (((hugs))) to JulieG and DH x x x

Loulou how is your little one? Thinking of you all (((hugs)))

Just been outside and some little £$%^&* has taken the heads off most of my daffodils in the pots outside. The kids round here have no flipping respect for other peoples property

they seemed pretty convinced it is a bug causing it this time. they were going to keep him in until sat and drank a cup of water. if we have any concerns overnight then just phone them and tell them we're coming back

    Evening all
Today's meeting went as well as I expected, with toys being thrown out the pram & someone storming out in a strop.
    What joy.
    Hugs Hester
