WI this morning - 141.6lbs!!!! A LOSS of 1.4lbs since 1 April!
I have been so despondent lately, feeling like my weight's never going to go down... but it looks like giving up chocolate for Lent is FINALLY starting to pay off! I'm so happy I could skip around the office.

Dragon - well done on your 3lb loss, that is fab!!! Never mind the 5lb gain before it, the new trend is downward!!!

Have decided to down grade the ab trainer from 10 min each session to 5 min. Thats cose 100 sit ups does not take 10 min, well not the way I do `em!
The Wii last night said I`d lost 2lb since last time (the 1st April,) but I suspect its wishful thinking to hope it stays off!

Just finished 30 minutes on the Rowing machine at the gym. Certainly feeling a lot more fit and health these days. It's less tiring running up the stairs (or running at all) Don't think i'm losing too much at the moment, but as long as i'm losing something and getting fitter i'm happy. Wishing I could weigh in more often, but I know that would get me down so sticking to just once a month for now. Well done to all those that have already lost something this month.Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0

Good morning
I've put on two pounds since last week, but I'm not going to worry about it too much. Hopefully this week I'll feel a bit more energetic. I've been quite tired, and a little nauseous. HSBC Credit Card £608.69, HSBC Overdraft: £4123.67, HSBC Loan: £8,270.69

Glad to hear you are feeling awful phoenix dragon, that tends to be a good sign :rotfl:
Well I was a lazy so and son Sunday Monday and Tuesday and ate chocolate and other things I shouldn't have. Jumped back onto the low carbing yesterday and am feeling much better for it, already. The rash / illness I have is getting better too, so no more slacking for me. I expect I will be lucky to stay the same this week

hi folks please can i join for this month, i've been trying for ages and am determined to shift some of my extra weight. i'm 5'4" and weigh 181lbs, (12st 13lb) got back on track this week and lost two pounds, but find time is my big enemy so got up this morning and was out walking before 7 - dragged DD did 2 1/2 miles, unfortunately cant afford the gym at the moment or the cost it would be for us both to attend a class. Am not following any specific plan but just good old fashioned calorie counting then at least nothings too complicated - dont have time to worry if its a healthy extra, how many checks or points etc, have given myself 1200 calories per day and will see how i get on with that! i usually weigh in on a Wednesday evening- but am guilty of weighing myself every second day! have also discovered if i fancy a drink after a hard week that the Tesco value lager is only 55 cals a tin - usually drink becks, only thing is o/h wont buy it incase anybody sees him!!! dont usually have bkfast either but have bought cereal bars and also the oat so simple (down to a £1 a box in Sainsbugs) so will force myself to start having breakfast as usually start piggin out mid morning and dont stop the rest of the day then end up skipping meals and eating junk - am soooooo unhealthy when i read this!skintbint x

Have brought a `figure 8` elastic band type arm trainer thingy!
Basically a big rubber band to add resistance for doing tricep curls, etc.
Only cost £2, else I would have left it.
This will add 5 min to my 5 min ab trainer sessions - back up to 2 x 10min each (almost) day!
Arms are killing me after 2 sessions! Maybe get rid of the `bingo wings`Living debt free, since Sept 08 & Dec 10 :wall:

Well i've had an awful start to the month:(
darn mothers day:o, the choccies were yummy tho. Also had the builders in this week so lost use of my kitchen for a couple of days so OH bought us a take away one night, then went to my mums the next night who got us fish and chips. Although my eating has most definately improved over the week (now i have my kitchen back) i'm still feeling the effects of all that rubbish, really bloated and 'feel' heavy too. On a more positive note i've been drinking loads of water lately (the only thing i've really been able to stick to so far) and have to say i can now see a difference in my skin and my cellulite too so will defo be keeping this up. Will wi on sunday if i dare:o£387.39/£196.46
