Hi all,
Belated weigh-in for me this week as I was away for the weekend and missed my usual saturday weigh-in.
I have STS, which considering I have had meals out and dissapointingly gave in to the Easter egg temptation, is ok with me this week, as I thought I had gained.
Congratulations on the baby news phoenix_dragon, make sure you don't do what I did last year, and gained nearly 5 stone. My son was 9.9lb so I was amazed I had only lost about a stone after giving birth, I was sure it would be nearer 2 stone with all the fluid etc, He was so worth it though!:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

Well done on the loss Dragon

As this is my first week and I am feeling quite motivated for me I am going to try a week without caffine (have been sleeping badly recently
) and no biscuits (my downfall with a cuppa), and no alcohol until the weekend.
Really need to do some exercise too but am not a naturally sporty person so a bit stuck for ideas. Toying with the idea of getting an exercise bike to do in front of the soaps but it depends how things are after next payday....Looking for the sunshine after the rain

Put me down as STS. Not a great start, but is is only day 5 of April.
I have done approx 40 min extra exercise - 20 min on Wii & 2 x 10min on ab trainer (not that I have any, they are hibernating under a layer of fat! But its still calorie burning!)
I`ve also done extra housework and will do more today, as I have an appointment this am, but the rest of the day off.... Also calorie burning!Living debt free, since Sept 08 & Dec 10 :wall:
