I've just weighed in, I've lost 1lb (total so far, 3lb) I'm toning up quickly though, my size 14s were really tight a month ago - now they fit perfectly :D

    Good Morning All,

phoenix dragon congratulations on the good news, I agree you should stay in touch for the pregnancy to keep your weight under control. The weight I am battling now started with my first pregnancy 12 years ago, I thought I was eating for two all the wsay through, and thought it would be easy to drop afterwards :o

Stayed the same this week. Not surprised really I haven't eaten too much - the exact opposite actually; I haven't eaten enough, been feeling off colour and CBA'd cooking. Its prompted me to make sure I get it right this week, though!

Well done on the losses everyone who has managed and welcome to all the newcomers. :)

Hi -I'm a newbie on this part of the forum- I tend to lurk around on Old Style). I'd like to join. I currently weigh 290lbs, and I want to get rid of half a stone this month. I do go to SW, and I'm enrolling on a programme at my local surgery to help me as well, now that I've got more time.

I'm sick of feeling so tired and frumpy all of the time. I need to make more of myself, so here's where I start (AGAIN!)

OK have stopped feeling sorry for myself now! My back still isn't properly right but I've been off painkillers a few days now, will be going back into the office tomorrow albeit may do reduced hours and have my physio booked in. Went out for a bit of a blow out meal last night - joint mother's day/DS1 borthday so now getting back on track. Having put loads on after the accident I've lost 2lbs in the past week to get to 10st 10lb. Can you please put that on the front page as my starting weight - much less confusing than muddling the 'before & after crash' thing lol. It's still a bit higher than I was in early March but it'll give me more incentive

Glad to hear you are getting better ellay and hopefully you will drop the crash weight AND the other weight nice and quickly (and safely)

    Yes please.

I wasn't sure whether to weigh on the last day of the month as well as my usual sunday (to get a 'proper' monthly total), or just stick to sundays and use that weight. Decided to stick to just sundays whatever the date, otherwise I'll confuse myself :D Besides, although it took me a week to lose that pound, it looks like it only took 3 days, so it might encourage me, lol.

Well after a very good March, this weekend has started the new month badly for me. I think i've probably kept under my calorie limit but I've eaten nothing but rubbish. Planning on getting back to the gym and back to the stationary bike first thing tomorrow morning.

Will wiegh in on Tuesday, but its been a rough weekend - self inflicted mostly! Flaming Mothers Day!

Anyway, have tided some of rubbish out of my room and now have the room to torture myself with an ab trainer & the DVDs gathering dust - along with the Wii, which was my starting point late in Feb.

This month will be better, no stupid 12 hour shifts on seemingly random days! Better use of spare time WILL be made - see above!

I hope the random ramblings of an overwieght DFW will be tolerated.
And I wish all the best to all on the thread Actively Axing Pounds (AAP)

    Cheers
