    I look forward to it :j I've managed to go down 1 size already but its been sloooooooow and I could really do with this thread and a kick up my fat bum to work harder at it ready for summer:D

    Just bought the first level of 30 Day Shred off Itunes..not very MSE but I've ages till any of my Am*zon vouchers come and I really need to get started! Need to weigh myself before tomorrow will get that done tonight.

    Ready to start my new month off tomorrow :) I will still be weighing in on Sundays, I did weigh myself this morning but my Wii hadn't save last week's weight, and I got confused :o so I'll just wait until Sunday and work it out then.

    Eurgh had a rubbish day:(.
    Its my little uns 1st birthday which has been lovely and so has all the yummy naughty food to go with it:o
    Oh well tomoro is a new day and i've just sat down and planned 2wks of healthy eating and done my order for sainsburys online and i feel much better now.

    Good luck with the shred Emsky i did it a while back (well 14 days of it) but lost my motivation. It defo works tho - didnt loose loads of weight but toned up loads.

    I'd like to join in please. I dread to think how much I'put on in Feb and March, haven't been near the wii in weeks.

    I only discovered this thread today and think that it's what I need to motivate me into losing some lbs. Will weigh myself tomorrow morning :o
    I am not going to buy anything unless I need it.
