Hi can I join please? I successfully gave up smoking with the support of good peeps of the giving up smoking thread, but now I need support of others to give up eating things that are no good for me :o I have realised that I'm ok but then there is a danger zone for me between 3-7 when I just want to eat everything. How do others cope with this?

I coped really badly till recently but now I just cut up some carrots and cucumbers and snack on those, also if I really want to have something sweet than I steam some babycorns and they do for me:D. Though it's only day 2 of not eating rubbish:o:D.

    Hi all,

Can you add me to the list again please The Dragon.

3lbs total loss for March not great, but its a new month and 7lbs lighter here I come!

I should have logged on this morning, as its not been a good day today.

Started off with a banana on toast for breakfast, cheese sandwich and big bag of crisps for lunch, with Pork, oak smoked bacon & cheddar cheese sausages (were reduced & very very nice), peas and dauphinoise potatoes for dinner (:eek::eek::eek:) . As I said not a good day!! Thankfully its only Tuesday and I have time to make amends before weigh-in on Saturday.

I'm going to plan tomorrows meals now then I don't have two diasterous days in a row.

Thanks again for doing the thread. Its great to hear how others are doing.

Good luck to all for April!!

    Hi

Count me in again for this month please. I would love to lose another half a stone by easter which will take me to just over the 2 stone weight loss since January.

    Good luck everyone

Can I join please? :D I'm not looking to lose X amount of weight, and won't join in the weigh ins because I don't own scales :rotfl: , but I want to drop a dress size or 2 for summer so could do with the support of this thread and following the same general idea! :D
