I have realised that I'm ok but then there is a danger zone for me between 3-7 when I just want to eat everything. How do others cope with this?
Good to have you here determined
Hmm could you have some nice safe snacks ready, raw veggies and salsa say? that you could nibble on? (Glad to see Rosie the Riveter as well

I buy lots of berries (strawberries, blackberries etc) when I go shopping then make up small bowls of mxed berries which I keep in the fridge and have with a small amount of low fat greek yoghurt, it's a really tasty and healthy low calorie snack.0 -

Hello I'd like to join in if that's ok. Been trying to lose some weight for a while now and definitely have as I've gone down a couple of dress sizes. Not had the courage to face the scales though but i will now. Please sign me up Dragon I could use a bit of support and encouragement. I'll weigh myself Thursday might not have the courage to post it though.

Yay!! welcome again ShAnE, bluebellbunny, Maldives Lover and tru and welcome to the new members lisaloo1977 and MaLarkin!
You weigh in when you WANT to weigh in , some people pick a Monday, others mid week, some can only get to a Boots weighing machine once a fortnight and so on, just let me know the pounds lost each time (no more than once a week :rotfl:) and I will add them to the opening post. Last month the group lost 6 stone 6.5 pounds aka 90.5 lb or 41 kg between us :eek::eek::eek:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
