Triker hello honey - nice to see you - I was looking for you earlier this week - I think I missed that you were away - hope you had a fandabbydozey time and are not tooooooooooo worn out. xxxxxx
happierdaystocome - pardon me for giggling but I do like you and your OH's way of dealing with DD's overdrinking - I love your style - hopefully she will have learnt a lesson.:T

JoJo (((hugs))) for your dilemma with DD - i would agree with the others and do nothing for her - and take everything out of her room except the basics - a bed! she would have to earn the rest. Is there something that she has or really likes doing - if so then confiscate it or cancel it - maybe that would have an impact?

xxJoxx huge (((hugs))) for you angel - I am not ignoring you just a lot going on and I will be in touch soon - lots of love and I hope things are still on course for you xxxxxxxxxxxx

busy day - 1 x Wm dried outside - monthly lunch at church - making up church magazine - friends here in pm - been to asda - lots of tidying and sorting - now ebay - no rest for the wicked:D

get well wishes , hugs, spoons, sticks as required

    love and hugs to LadyL

    toots xx

One flipping day of sunshine where I haven't been stuck in doors/work and I've caught the sun on my face, chest and shoulders  I was only putting washing out. Time to dig the suncream out I think.

Flying wise, I've done lots of laundry, remade the beds and (with some help from DD) sort out the understairs cupboard so we can now find shoes & bags without fear:rotfl:

Right now I'm going to have a mug of hot chocolate while I watch Casualty then have a bath, smother on some after sun and go to bed.

Mothers Day or not, tomorrow I have things to do :(

Jojo et al, my children are a lot younger (6,5 and 3 years), when they fuss about cleaning their teeth I tell them their teeth will turn bad, fall out and then they will have to eat baby mush for the rest of their lives and I will start with broccoli (insert evil mother laugh). Tidying up, if I am picking it up others stuff, I might as well put it directly in the charity shop bag. This upset them a lot, till they realised they didn't want the stuff anyway. At which point I vowed never to buy them another toy. Ever.

Flying - house is up together apart from the chalk on the LR rug and the ironing pile which will need talking to before Monday,

    ...is awake and needs coffee.

Today I'm hoping to clear out the back garden, get some rubbish taken to the dump and generally clear up.

Also got some washing to sort out.

Have discovered that my youngest DD has been incredibly deceptive and has ruined Mothers Day completely so I'm not in the best of moods. Best try and get something productive done I suppose.'

My poor little car needs a complete deep clean too so I'll get on to that as well.

    Morning All

Jerry got me up at 6.20 crying to go out - of course no-one else heard him. I've put some washing on the line and put another load in the WM. The kids are now up and DD has just said to me you can't have breakfast in bed now can you so I may get back in bed again shortly.

We're supposed to be going out for a drive somewhere today but I don't know where yet. We'll see what happens later.

Hugs Triker - hope your day gets better.

Fedup - Hope you 're feeling better this morning.

4nnabella - Happy Birthday - hope you have a great day.

Hugs to those missing their mums today - hope you have lots of happy memories.

    Have a good day all

I hope today is brighter too. I'm off to find my brightness in the shower somewhere I think. Well I had a dreadful nights sleep and took absolutely ages to get off with my mind spinning around.

Oh well it only happens every so often and tonight should be ok.

Better make a start as have quite a lot to do this morning

    Make scones
    Cook ham in cola
Tidy garden up - take advantage of sunny weather first thing!

    Prep dinner
