Hubby has been through all the DVD rental firms, had all the free trials etc. Can I apply as a new account? Or will they have the address on file as old customer?:wall:0

You need to read the t+c's to see if its per household or per person0

I managed to get to 2 trials last year by changing my address from 5 to Five and using a different card for I.D.,best thing is to note what what you've used previously name and card wise, also I've used work address m uch to my bosses annoyment because he had the same idea :rotfl: :rotfl:Tuck Fescos0 -
I understand (although I may be wrong) that Lovefilm.com used to be called Screenselect (I think there was a takeover). I signed up for a free trial with screenselect and cancelled in time by e-mail. Unfortunately my daughter lost one of the DVD covers so I replaced it with another, sent an e-mail explaining and a note in the envelope when I returned the DVD's. Screenselect have continued to debit my credit card ever since in spite of various e-mail complaints (e-mail was the only way to contact them), my card statements show lovefilm.com. I complained to my card company and they have been counter crediting me each month and advised that the company would eventually get the message and stop. This was many months ago, apparently credit card direct debits of this sort cannot be stopped according to First Direct!0

now that screenselect and lovefilm have merged, does anyone know whether I can apply for this (I had a 9 month subscription to screenselect)

I've chosen my 10 films and now not sure what happens. I can't see anywhere what to do next. Is one DVD automatically sent, or am I missing a button etc to click for the next steps?
Thanks

With mine, they sent me two automatically. I suppose you can ensure they send the one you want by rating that one the 'highest' and the rest 'lowest' on the list you've picked? The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00  :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.

Don't hold your breath for any vouchers..I replied to one of their promotions about 6 weeks ago and was promised £10 cash but still have not received any money 6 emails later.I know this promo is with Boots and my offer was directly from Lovefilm so hope people get their vouchers this time around.0
