Good to see you sounding more positive hon, and back in to the excercise.
Missed a few pages there but just caught up. Most people on here seem pretty good at being positive, most of the time but we all have things that take us by surprise and bring us up short. SHOULD's have a lot to answer for!!! X'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -

As for the exercise - well, I am feeling the effects of yesterday's double dose
Not horrific, but definitely know those muscles have worked!
Moneywise, the mortgage has gone out today, so a little more of my house becomes mine. Always a good feeling.
Who knows what this week will bring - but I am ready for it, whatever!!
