Oh absolutely! avo, I hope your foot gets better soon. Plenty of recovery time ahead of you so I am sure you will be on the starting line!

I hope so. I'm having an operation on my shoulder on the 26th Oct which will put me out of action for the next few weeks, but can't do any running with this manky foot anyway. So, I'm getting all my injuries out of the way at once.

I just can't wait for all those long runs in the wet and dark this winter...no, honestly, I really can't....

......what have I let myself in for!! :D:rotfl:;)

Good luck with the operation Avo - hope all goes according to plan and that you get running again soon.

Another hour done in the gym tonight, so Operation LBD still going according to plan!

Nothing much else to report...mixed day but ok....hope you have all had a good one.

Mixed as in a definite day of recognising some stuff, and working through it. Some smiles, some tears, some definite progress made.

I have surprised myself with some of the results I came up with. I take that as a good sign, because it shows that I am not just doing "same old" and brushing it all aside, or going with the same flow that I have been going with before.

So, mixed, but not bad. Am getting there :)

Am out for dinner with some of the work guys tonight - nothing "worky", but a curry night at one of theirs - will be good, but I will go to the gym on the way to do some carb-load offsetting!!

Have a good one, whatever you do! Autumn has returned it seems :)

Excellent - but don't do what that curry house in the news did, and end up in A&E :)
