    Just popped in to gloat - I've been out of the house from 7.30am til 9.30 pm, and the first thing I did when I got back in was Shred :p :j :j :j :j :eek: :j :j :rotfl:

    (can't gloat too much, have eaten practically nothing but cake for the entire day, and therefore felt like I needed it! :eek: :rotfl:)

    I feel equally qualified to gloat.....

    I want firm thighs, so of course shred won. It is 6.30am and I have already finished putting stress on my body :A

    Have a good day everyone x

    Early morning exercise not good......as I was taking off my exercise clothes I caught a finger badly and dislocated it.

    :eek::eek::eek::eek:

    It looks horrid. But I will have firm thighs......is this what they mean by "no pain, no gain"???

    Ouch!!

    So far this morning I have exercised my kettle-lifting arm and my coffee-drinking muscles and that's enough for me.

    Hope your finger gets sorted soon...I hear wine is a great healer :D

    I've been to the walk in centre and got it strapped up, but apparently I have snapped a tendon so the tip of my finger just hangs there :eek:

    I'm at the office now, so will have coffee and open the post and then get up to A&E to get it sorted.

    :(
