ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Enjoy the day everybody and good luck with sticking to your limits.
28 af days please Shaggy0 -
20 for April please Shaggy. 4 for the challenge please Bearacus.
Shaggy I heard the bells too last night. When does this stop? We had a late supper and watched a film, but I stuck with warm milk and honey. It would be soooo easy just to have a drink. Need to keep it out of my system as I have been much more level headed, calmer and less anxious without it.
Fedupandskint - I might get some elderflower cordial too!
Good luck and enjoy your weekends. x0 -
Well a bit "off topic" just need to empty my head.
I joined this board for advice in helping MrR, but if I wasn't "with Bean" i'd have got completely wasted last night. Even though I know I won't find the answers in a bottle
We changed the car yesterday and the salesman didn't quite stick to what was agreed and tried to stitch us up a bit, which was a hassle.
I had a letter from the bank telling me they are cancelling my £1500 overdraft (i'm usually about £1000 in the red by the end of the month) within 14 days of the date of the letter. The letter was dated the 21st, today is the 29th. Thanks Halifax for giving me plenty of time :T
MrR's dad was taken back in to hospital, looks like he'll be there until monday.
And to top it all off, my 95 year old grandad, who was seriously ill in hospital, lost his fight at 12:50 am this morning.

Morning all,
Need to get a plan of action in place for my impending TF May, aiming for a couple of days a week I think, all depending on what's happening in the Jo1972 household. As some of you know, OH and I are splitting up and it's all a bit frustrating as nothing appears to be happening, OH not moving out so looks like I will be, hence very stressful times ahead over the next few weeks, this is not the best time to have an AF day for me, but I DO need to be sober to stop any arguments between me and OH to esculate. I will not post my personal drivel on here, will save that for the Diner
Met our dear Budgie last night at a Harvester as she was visiting her DS who has bought a house just up the road from me, had a lovely evening, couple of drinks and that was it, which is quite a record for me, as I have been drinking quite a lot daily just recently :undecided
Feel better for it today, so will try and cap it tonight to just a couple, in preparation for May
Hope all is cool with everyone, welcome to all the newbies that I've yet to have the pleasure
