    18 Af please Shaggy...was a near miss this eve though as was sitting outside, enjoying the sun and was almost away to open a can of cider and had to distract myself so went for a bath and sorted out all my clothes that are way too big for me now since joining this forum and going back to WW.:j Will drop off huge bag for charity shop tomorrow.

    Morning all, I have been away for a few days so no opportunities to post. Has everyone enjoyed the weather?
    Glad to report still AF. 17 AFD now. I am having a bit of a tough time at the moment, but am dealing with things in a much calmer way than if I was drinking.
    I threw my dummy out of my pram with a utility supplier, but at least it was not with a loved one which is what I have been prone to doing in the past.
    Welcome aboard to the newbies, this forum will make your cutting down/stopping a little more bearable - stick with it.

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
