Morning all, AF only on Saturday night, yesterday went to a friends and drank over lunch - quite a lot but over the whole day so I feel fine today.

Morning everyone!

Welcome back GP and BHB and hello Issytm nice to make your aquaintence

Had a fantastic day yesterday and am soooo proud of myself for being tee-total throughout. I sang, danced and joked all day. My voice is completely shot through shouting and cheering to within an inch of my life! It was a long day and I didn't get to bed until late but slept right through and feel so fresh this morning with full memory of the day! I'm so happy.

A few friends asked me yesterday and I just said that I didn't feel like drinking and I drove to the coach station so was able to drive everyone back home when the coach dropped us off at the stop again last night!

I will not drink today because.......I feel so fantastic this morning - why would I do anything that makes me feel any differently than I do right now?

Have a terrific day everyone! I'd better get some work done!

14 for me Shaggy. Was sorely tempted to have a consolatory pint after a traumatic experience at the Emirates yesterday :mad: but didn't so had an entirely AF weekend. I do wonder if I'm getting a bit boring tho'.
