    AF here, did have a little craving for 1 tonight but stayed strong with a cuppa instead. Had 1 glass last night only

    No more to have for the rest of Apr and also pretty much most of May - Think I'm on 13 AFDs this month

    I went for a dirty weekend with Mrs Pilgrim in a cheap b&b in Bristol. It doesn't get much better than that.

    Also managed to see the Roman Baths and Stonehenge. Awesome.

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
