    12 AFD and 2 SNC. x
  • Hi,

Another newbie here. Been heavy drinking for several years, every night. Decided over the weekend to stop all together.

So today I am 2 days AF.

I am noticing I want to go to bed sooner, which is a good thing as I wake in the morning a lot fresher. I would go to bed every night being drunk (well, I got used to it so could handle it, but def way over the limit for driving).

My first real goal for me is to make it through christmas without a drink.

    Anyway,

    Keep safe all.

    X

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
