Well done on being AF but hope you manage to sleep after all that coffee!

Sorry to hear about the fever gien, hope you feel better soon.

No bells tonight, first time this week. I think it was probably harder as I had so many nights off on holiday that it made it difficult to get back into good habits. Although it's been a bit tough, I'm pleased to have managed the full SNC and made a good start to the month:).

3 for November and 4 for the SNC please.
  • 3 AFDs thanks Shaggy. Haven't heard the bells at all this week, but am going to have a civilised glass of wine with my mum this evening. It's p!ssing down in London town this morning so will be leaving the bike at home so just need to avoid falling into the enormous trench that Thames Water have dug directly outside my front door. This stuff is gold, isn't it, I ought to write a blog (zzzzzzzzzz). I'll get me coat.

I wasn't AF last night as I went to the pub for an impromtu meet up with a friend. I had 3 glasses of wine - about 6 units. Sorry Bearacus :)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

From me too. Don't know why but it's been a really dreadful week for the bells - clocks changing maybe. My OH poured his first glass at 4 o'clock yesterday and it was sooo tempting to join him. I had to escape upstairs away from the bottle but I did it so GOOD LUCK everyone and
2 AFDs for Nov please Shaggy
