16 AF for me thanks Shaggy. Am at home waiting for a plumber at the mo, a tiny leak under my sink which I had't noticed seems to have caused my downstairs neighbour's ceiling to fall down:eek::o:eek: which has all been rather traumatic. Especially for her. Bugg3ring gravity!

Afternoon all

Rachelww - hope you're mums ok. As May said, you're prob feeling shivery and low because of stuff you are going through. Look after yourself.
Been feeling absolutely shattered myself. Piglet has a cold at the moment so I do wonder if I'm coming down with that. I do hope not.

evening all - i have dipped in and out of this thread a few times on the last few months and it usually involves setting a target at the start of the month and never hitting it:(
However tonight has been my 3rd AF free day in a row :j and I am feeling really pleased with myself :A. I genuinely don't remember the last time i went that many days in a row its normally 2 and then I "deserve" a treat. So if its ok I'm not going to set a target for September but keep posting my successes on here and hopefully set an achievable target for OctoberCC debt Aug 2018 £50.2K

Evening all, have finally got around to posting from something other than my phone! Hope everyone is well.
Nearly reached for a glass of vino earlier but decided to go for squash instead and the urge has passed now, so I'm on 12 for Sept and 2 for the SNC please
On a side note, I've just been reading about Troy Davis who is about to be exected in america. There's essentially no proof whatsoever that he commited his 'crime', no forensic evidence, and most of the witnesses have retracted their statements etc. I hope I don't wake up to bad news tomorrow.

Morning!
3 for the SNC please Bearacus
Went out last night but drove; didn't enjoy it much but that wasn't because of lack of alcohol, I didn't really like the venue or the person we went to see (incomprehensible words to songs, deeply reflective - navel gazing?) far too serious.
Hope everyone feeling OK today.Getting there...slowly!
GC : must do better
NSD: very rare
No matter how slow I go I am lapping everyone on the couch.0 -
Morning :hello:
One more for me Bearacus
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
