Been away for a few days for my birthday, and I'll have to admit that I didn't manage to stay AF... :eek:Saturday and Sunday were both non AF days.... However, I was away with my family so it was just a few. I did not drink yesterday and well and truly back on the wagon now as I don't want to stray too far from the target I had originally set...
So, 18 AF for me so far please Shaggy.

Mum didn't come out of hospital today after all. They want to wait 24 hours after a procedure they did this afternoon, then see if she is ok to come out. I went out to bingo tonight and stayed on soft drinks. So 6 please Shaggy and 2 SNC Bearacus. Feeling quite shiverey tonight and have been most of the day. Not sure if it's because it's so cold here, or my body adjusting to the lack of alcohol it's been having over the last few weeks. Hoping for a good nights sleep tonight, but I doubt it. Fell asleep quite early last night (for me) but still woke up at half one
So the shiverey feeling could also be to do with feeling completely knackered!
