    Hello
AF forme last night too, I indulged in some very nice non-alcoholic White grape and elderberry spritzer from Asda, lovely!
I feel great today, since my 'awakening' about the drink I've been thinking about other aspects of my life too and feel that I'm on a journey to a really good place. I'm making some other changes too, all of which are for the better.
    Happy Sunday everyone :0)

    Evening All,

Went to open air concert last night drink picnic sort of thing with some heavy drinking friends, and guess what I didnt drink no nothing no champagne (that I took) no white or red wine, and it didnt bother me I was happy with my fizzy water in a champagne glass( Yes I know sad) but it helped.

And no alchol to night either. So Thats 4 AF Days for me for september please Shaggy.

I wish you all a good evening.

Wow, well done Legsand, that's impressive!

AF for me again tonight, I'll sign up for the whole SNC this week please, yes Chloris, it's going well so far, but I've had to use some serious willpower at times. But, I'm happy with how it's gone so far, just hoping there's not a spectacular fall from grace around the corner!!
