Another new month.

Wishing everyone luck with achieving their AF targets .I am just not having the first drink,that was always the one that got me into trouble,shame it took me so many years to realise it!! I always thought I would be alright if I could stick to a few sometimes I could do that and that would tell me I was alright.

Today I know and accept I am an Alcoholic,just for today I wont pick up the first drink,so simple.

Lovely day here off over the fields with my dog.

If he finds he's chucked stuff in his trolley that he doesn't actually need we'll have Alex back, on loan, for the season to help out!;)

I'm on holiday for a bit of September but not until 21st so will try to get plenty of AF days clocked up before that. I've just looked at my diary and it's going to be very tight so I'll start with tonight!!!
