What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning
AF for me again last night so if my dreadful maths is correct I think I've managed 15 now. I've woken up with a bit of a headcold today so don't feel amazing so am planning a lazy day.

Hope you had a fab holiday MissP, and that everyone else is having a good weekend xx

Thanks for the lovely smiley Shaggy.

Welcome back MissP, sounds like your holiday did you a lot of good and :T on your AF days too.

Hope you're feeling a bit brighter this morning prettykitty and no problem with you venting if it helps. It was a great idea to switch to the diet coke. I know you said that drinking can make you more sociable but sometimes it can make you miserable and depressed too. We've had posters who have 'no drinking on my own' targets. Personally I'm a bit of an 'all or nothing' person in that I can rarely stop at one or two drinks (although I am improving;)). So it suits me to have a mixture of drinking nights and AF nights. But you can cut down just the same by spreading your drinks through the week. What would you like to acheive alcohol wise?
  • Wasn't AF again last night. I'd like to to the full SNC this week if I could please!

On a side not, I have the most terrible jaw ache that is spreading into my cheek and temple. I can't open ky mouth wide. Had it on Friday which caused me headache all day, which worried me as I never get headaches, even with booze! I was ok yesterday but today its come back with a vengence. Anyone have any idea what it is? It feels like toothache on the whole left side of my face :(

Could be Pleurasy? (sp?). hat can cause "face ache", if you know what I mean??

    Hi
4 for me for the SNC please. And flipping well done on 50 days in a row, wonderful!!
I've had tooth problems that don't hurt my actual teeth, so it could still be teeth, do get it checked out.
I'm very disappointed that it's Sunday, I really don't want to go to work tomorrow!
