    Evening,

Hope you all had a good day.

Hubby arrived at work with 2 bottles of wine, thats good I thought I will have one tonight, as I didnt buy it doesnt count, now I know that sounds daft but thats how my mind works.
Then I sat down and thought you've gone a 5 days with no wine today would be 6 is it really worth it. First thought YES ive done really well its friday treat yourself.
No what I have done is left the wine at work, no wine in my bag tonight I know it is still there and I have to over come that but today i managed to leave it there.
I felt angry about leaving it there i really want to drink it but I know when I go to bed tonight I will be pleased to get another day AF.

Hope you all have a good evening

    Hello
I;m very pleased with myself as I completed week 1 of the couch to 5k challenge today. It might not sound much but it's an achievement for me! I came home from work today just itching to open a bottle of wine, but I have to get up in the morning and take DS to play football and then drive him to his dad's so think the best thing for me is to leave the bottle in the fridge, cos I can't do just one glass and I don't want to guzzle the lot and risk being over the limit in the morning.
So, another AF night for me.
Have a nice start to the weekend all xx

    13 AFD please!

I bought cider and ginger beer last night as I couldn't decide what to do. Drank some ginger beer and kept myself busy until it was too late to bother :j. Very pleased this morning. Well done to Annie and Legsand for managing Friday too (also anyone else who hasn't posted yet!).

Well done to Annie and WBF for doing the running challenge. Can I ask where the details are for this? I want to start running and the early weeks of the challenge may help me get started.
