    Morning all,

So SNC'ERS check your totals for me and if there is a mistake just let me know :)

  • No more AF's for me today as had 2 beers & approx 1/4 bottle wine last night - luckly so tired that couldn't drink any more of the wine, small saving grace i guess.

Think the slip was due to having a 'down' day & then OH annoyed me further when got home

Feel rubbish this morning - no engergy, regretful & insecure :( tbh I was feeling pretty down yesterday so may be a continuation from that but I know the Alchol would not have helped the situation!

Haven't got time to feel sorry for myself today - so fix a smile & onwards . . .

AF last night, so 14 please Shaggy and 3 for the SNC Bearacus. I've started taking nytol cos I just can't seem to sleep at the moment. It probably would have worked last night if some idiots hadn't started shouting outside my door at 3am  So now I'm completely knackered. Roll on the weekend.

    Morning all

No Shaggy today? Not the same without our morning picture!:)

Totallyinzane - stress is understandable in the run-up to a wedding. Hope you feel better as the day goes on.

Just been swimming with Munchkin. Had a lovely time :T . I expect we'll be doing a lot of it over the holidays.

Like MissP said, it's to be expected. Try and get out in the fresh air and have a bit of a walk. That's so much better for lifting your mood than alcohol.

Not so much "bikini" body as "beached whale" body at the moment. Weighed this morning and put a pound ON! Very fed up:( I know, its gonna happen at some point but its very annoying when it does.

AF for me tonight please Shaggy.
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x
  • Feeling in a better mood tonight - although no AF I'm afraid

Met OH & some of her work colleagues in local pub after work & then finished off the bottle of wine from last night (3/4 bottle).

Back on the wagon next week, as plans for whole of weekend, which involved alcohol
