Not AF last night, had a bit of a 'sod it' moment. Went to fat club and only lost half a pound for the 4th week in a row. Came home and dinner hadn't even been started. DH said he'd been over to the club with DS and the dog. So I decided I'd go for a bit. Came back and DH got in a strop cos I wanted to watch corrie, so I had a few more. Feel pretty carp this morning, but I've only got a half day today thank god.

Am going away for the last week or so in August, so could you put me down for 10 for August please Shaggy.

23 please, Shaggy, and I think that will be it for July cos going on hols now.

    14 for August, please

Had a big 's*d' it on Wednesday night, just finished 3 solid weeks of work, DD1 gone to Thailand, DD2 happy staying with a family in France, DD3 happy with a friend, DH away - me doing the ironing alone, thought 'I think I'll have a glass of wine ...' Needless to say, it turned out to be several, and I certainly paid for it yesterday. As our learned friends keep reminding us 'Forever Vigilant' ...
