What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Had 5 AFDs this week - no alcohol since Sunday but nothing to tempt me, just a normal school/work week.
Bad weekend ahead - my auntie's funeral Tuesday so my sister and dad to stay( my dad can drink 2 bottles of red in one go) and other sister who can drink a bottle of white. Will try to stay strong.Bring on the lime and soda - cheap date.:j
Plan to have 31 AFDs in May!

Great news on the 5 AFDs. I have added you to the May challenge. I hope that's what you wanted....

    Good Luck!

Good morning imbibers and abstainers, is everyone looking forward to the weekend?
I am a little washed out from a very late night last night, I took part in the election count (really wanted to slap one of the candidates, bey hey), off to do a spot more counting today, every little helps.

One of the earlier posts made reference to weird dreams, I went through a bit of a phase of weird dreams in the early days of abstinence, last night I dreamt I ate my glassess. It was so vivid, I had an awful gritty sensation in my mouth when I woke up.
Have a great day everyone, and good luck with your challenges
