Well done Rachel for avoiding the wine at a really difficult time for you. happy one month anniversary lala and darwinsmum-you've done so well but sorry to hear about your job lala. Here's to a less stressful week for you next week jo1972. I keep being at risk of redundancy too and I know how stressful it is. I drank white wine in moderation last night so woke up feeling bright and breezy and got a lot done round the house and went for a walk and did an assault course with the kids at our local countrypark. Me and Dh are going for a meal tonight and I'm going to drive so no temptation there. Have a great weekend everyone.

Have somehow managed to be AF again tonight, so 7 for me please Shaggy. Went out for a lovely meal ( defo don't expect to have lost any weight when I do first weekly weigh tomorrow!), drove so not tempted. But I really, really really wanted a glass of wine when I got in, have resisted though. :j

Hope everyone had a good evening

Sorry to hear about your job lala :(, but well done on being AF all this time :T
Spent so much money at the garden centre today, I couldn't afford a beer even if I wanted one, which I don't. Feeling shattered tonight and as DH is watching football I think I'll have an early night (yes this is early for me :D). So 7AF please Shaggy.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I'm only on 3, but planning an AFD today. Can I reduce my target to a more realistic, but still challenging, 20 please?
Can we just take it as read I didn't mean to offend you?

i've decided to not be alcohol free today and am going to have some white wine in moderation. I'm driving tomorrow night so won't be drinking tomorrow. Hmm don't think my 30 days was very realistic somehow. I'm going to just try and beat my highest result of 17 days alcohol free. Have a great weekend everyone

Happy to change your target to 17 if that's what you want?
